These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services provided by Andy's Place of Holistic Healing, PLLC (“Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is provided for general informational purposes only. Content on this site does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.

Use of this website does not establish a provider-client or provider-patient relationship.

Andy's Place of Holistic Healing, PLLC  provides professional services within the scope of licensure and training under Washington State law. Services may be provided in person or via telehealth, as applicable.

We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged $100, unless prohibited by law.
   
• Insurance does not typically reimburse missed appointment fees.
   

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard, American Express, HSA/Health Savings Account.
   
• Clients are responsible for fees not covered by insurance, if applicable.
   

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts as permitted by Washington State law.

If we bill insurance on your behalf:

• Insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment.
   
• You remain financially responsible for all charges not paid by your insurer.
   

Telehealth services are provided in compliance with Washington State telehealth laws.

By using telehealth services, you acknowledge:

• Potential risks related to technology and confidentiality
   
• Responsibility to participate from a private, secure location
   

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
   
• Communicate respectfully
   
• Follow recommendations to the best of their ability
   
• Notify the Practice of changes to contact, insurance, or health information

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Andy's Place of Holistic Healing, PLLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or services provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services with appropriate notice when clinically appropriate, for nonpayment, or if the provider-client relationship is no longer effective or safe.
